- The benefits of aiming ‘beyond compliance’ in health and safety and how you can work towards gold standard without breaking the bank; and
- How to compile your health and safety strategy using the HSE’s HSG65 management system as a framework.
For each phase of the management system (i.e., Plan, Do, Check, Act), we discuss what ‘ticking the box’ looks like vs. going beyond compliance, with plenty of practical examples thrown in, together with links to guidance documents and templates to support you.
Good health and safety management doesn’t happen by accident…you need a plan, and I would say in our work with schools over the past decade or more, we don’t come across many of them
