Fire Risk Assessments
Our fire risk assessors have extensive experience with educational premises, and understand the nature of your buildings and specialist or complex areas within them.
Often for a School or College site, there are multiple sets of guidance documents (running into several hundred pages) for the different types of building, or multi-occupied buildings, on your site, including:
Academic buildings – teaching spaces, offices, storerooms, etc.
Listed or heritage buildings, including Chapels and places of worship
Specialist teaching spaces or support departments with increased fire inception risks (labs and prep rooms, woodworking or engineering workshops, art studios etc.)
