Your school’s health and safety culture is as strong as its weakest point. You can’t just rely on having great policies and procedures – they need to be effectively implemented, and a strong safety culture is crucial in achieving this.
Having attended the conference many times before, we can honestly say this is a fabulous and well-organised event, jam packed with keynotes and breakout sessions specific to the current Estates and H&S challenges faced by independent schools.
The event also provides an excellent opportunity to network with those in similar roles, and to visit the stands of some fantastic industry suppliers (including Pearson Webb Consulting!).
